Unless stated, all procedure prices include a free retouch appointment one to three months after the initial procedure. Please note that a deposit of £50.00 will be required to secure an appointment. A refund will only be given if two weeks’ notice of cancellation is received and this will be subject to a £25.00 administration charge. Tracie Giles Ltd reserves the right to 50% of the total fee for cancellation at less than two weeks’ notice, or for failure to keep appointments. There is a 3% surcharge on credit cards. Consultations are redeemable against procedures booked within 12 weeks. 50% of full treatment price will be payable if the treatment booked is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours notice.
