We Wish You A Merry Christmas!
What. a. year! We know, we know; we say this every year – but seriously I think we can all agree that this year we’ve all had more to contend with than we ever dreamed of! With our Knightsbridge clinic closed for over 6 months due to lockdown, a lot of our time this year has been occupied with worry and anxiety about the future, longing to get back to work, and the rest has been spent working every hour under the sun to make up for lost time! This is the perfect time to reflect on the past year – the good, the bad, and the ugly – and remarkably, even in a year like 2020, there has been some amazing moments to remember!
Firstly, and most importantly, this year has shown us what we always knew to be true – that our clients are truly to best in the world! We can’t thank all of our loyal customers and followers enough for supporting us through this impossible year. If you sent an encouraging message over Instagram or liked one of our posts, purchased a treatment or product when possible, left us a positive Google review, or even a gifted voucher for a friend or loved one – we couldn’t have got through this year without you all, so THANK YOU!
The Year We Launched Crème Rescue …
Another major 2020 highlight has got to be the launch of our new Crème Rescue Serum! Dual-action, this miracle serum acts as both an aftercare serum for use post-cosmetic aesthetic treatments to heal and enhance results, AND an innovative skincare product that should be used as part of your everyday routine and specialises in combatting the signs of ageing, preventing breakouts and scarring, and improving skin tone and texture. We think it is an amazing product, but don’t take our word for it – we’ve had incredible reviews flooding in since the launch from press and customers calling it “the skincare product of 2020”, “a forever staple in my skincare routine”, “transformative”, and “the BEST serum on the market”! It’s also already got an impressive celebrity following including our celeb BFF Gemma Collins, Megan Barton-Hanson, Made in Chelsea Star Olivia Bentley, TOWIE’s Amber Dowding, and beauty blogger and skincare expert Jake Jamie. We can’t wait to see what the New Year brings for this product – we have BIG plans!
The Year We Hired Two New Talented Artists!
Whilst life at our Knightsbridge clinic has been strange, stressful, and chaotic at times, we’ve actually managed to grow our business to welcome two new talented Permanent Makeup artists to the team – Miri and Rosie! At Tracie Giles London we cherry-pick our Artists from around the world and we are very excited to have these two phenomenal Artists on our award-winning team. We can’t reflect on the year without also mentioning our ID Liner professionals range. After a difficult year for the whole Permanent Makeup industry, we want to make sure that the absolute best tools and training are available to everyone in 2021 – so we have revamped and restructured our professional products and ID Liner Training Academy with exciting new opportunities and equipment launching in the New Year for both new and established Artists.
The Year Tracie Fought To Get The Beauty Industry Back On Its Feet!
Ultimately, we’re totally exhausted but so proud of ourselves, and all industry professionals, for getting through this year. We are also extra proud of Tracie herself, for tirelessly campaigning on behalf of the beauty industry this year to allow us to open and get back to work!
After a year of hard work, it’s time to relax and unwind. We may not have the usual Christmas parties and events to attend, but a little glamour is never too far away, thanks to our Tracie Giles London treatments – even if they are paired with a horrible Christmas jumper and our favourite pair of slippers. However you are celebrating – with family, friends, in person, or over zoom, we hope you use this time to really relax and destress after this year. Put your feet up, turn your alarm off, leave your phone in the other room, and indulge in ALL the festive treats.
