A beautiful eyelash enhancer (also known as a lash definer) is a fine eyeliner that will give the impression of a thicker, darker row of lashes and add more definition to the eyes. With extremely subtle results, this is a great treatment choice for clients new to the world of Permanent Makeup and an easy up-sell for your existing brow or lip clients.
