How the Rising Stars Programme Works
Students can receive a total of 3 stars within the programme.
- Your first star is awarded on successful completion of your Fundamental Beginners Training.
- Your second star is awarded on completion of an intermediate pathway CPD.
- Your third star is awarded on completion of an intermediate advanced pathway CPD.
In order to maintain standards, a retention CPD course is required every year to stay up to date with industry knowledge, keep the rights to use the star system in advertising, and to enjoy the financial rewards of the programme.

Your Fundamental Beginners Training will provide you with everything you need to kickstart your career in the Permanent Makeup industry in your chosen discipline(s). However, the more stars you add to your credentials, the more advanced your skill level becomes, and the greater the return on your investment.
First star: Awarded on successful completion of any Fundamental Beginners Training course. Renewed annually via retention CPD.

Second star: Awarded on successful completion of an intermediate pathway CPD course taking skillset to the next level. Renewed annually via retention CPD.

Third star: Awarded on successful completion of an intermediate/advanced 1-2-1 bespoke training with Tracie Giles Master Artist plus assessment. Renewed every two years via retention CPD.

In addition to state-of-the art equipment, client form templates, fully comprehensive in-house practical training and full fundamental online theory, the Rising Stars Training Programme also includes unrivalled mentorship and technical support from Tracie and her trainers.
Students will receive:
- A 1-2-1 personal mentorship meeting with Tracie herself
- A follow-up 1-2-1 personal mentorship meeting with Tracie herself up to 12 weeks post course completion
- Ongoing support with advanced trainers via phone call, email and WhatsApp for duration that stars are held
