Permanent Makeup & Microblading
Lips come in all different colours, shapes and sizes, and every client requires a different approach to reach the best outcome, simply because every lip is unique. Individuals with melanin-rich, hyperpigmented or darker lips may require an additional treatment before their Gloss & Go Lip Blush – our Melanin-Rich Lip Neutralisation treatment – as any darker parts of the lips need to be camouflaged before an enhancing colour is implanted on the lips.
We are the UK’s only clinic to offer a multi-disciplinary Permanent Makeup lightening and removal service either by our specialist British-built laser or liquid ‘fade-up’ solution depending on skin type, colour of pigment and depth of placement. Once the unwanted pigment is removed, we are in a unique position to be able to then give our clients brand new brows by our world champion artists on a blank canvas.
Aesthetic Permanent Makeup & Microblading
Tracie Giles London has elevated Permanent Makeup – combining the beauty and art of Permanent Makeup with the medical skillset and knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine.
High-end, luxury Permanent Makeup is a form of Aesthetic Medicine, and our team of highly qualified Permanent Makeup Artists work in collaboration with medical professionals and Tracie who is a qualified Level 7 Aesthetics Practitioner, drawing on the strengths of the different disciplines to achieve the very best results for our clients.
We are the only clinic in the UK offering the highest standard of Aesthetic Permanent Makeup, which has been designed to work in harmony with our other Aesthetic treatments for truly transformational results.
Aesthetic Permanent Makeup & Microblading (also known as Micropigmentation) are forms of cosmetic tattooing where tiny dots of pure, hypo-allergenic pigment are inserted using a digital device (or a handheld blade for microbladed brows) into the outer layer skin to give an effect that mimics the appearance of conventional brow, eyeliner and lip makeup – and can be as natural-looking or dramatic as you desire!
Aesthetic Permanent Makeup can also be used for medical camouflage and correction effects including alleviating the hair-loss effect of chemotherapy and alopecia, restoring the areola following breast surgery, camouflaging scars – including disguising cleft lip scarring – or to treat vitiligo.
If carried out by an experienced and talented technician using the best products, the results can be truly outstanding, enhancing your natural beauty.
How long your Permanent Makeup lasts depends on a number of factors including how fair or dark you are, your general lifestyle, skin type and sun exposure. We will work to achieve the best result that we can for you and would usually recommend colour boosts every 12-18 months. Some skins do retain pigments better than others, requiring fewer retouches.
New treatments usually take up to two hours and are arranged in two stages, spaced between two and twelve weeks apart, allowing for a safe, comfortable and gradual enhancement. Without your refresher treatment the colour will gradually fade away over time.
