Tracie is the best of the best for a reason. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do any form of aesthetic work on my face and Tracie with her team are the elite professionals in this arena. For me it’s always been 5* service from beginning to end regardless of the treatment I’ve had at the time. You could not be in better hands here.

I felt in safe hands with Tracie. It is scary to have “things done to” your face, but I trust that she will help me make the right decisions for me personally and not apply an identikit approach to everyone. We are taking things one by one, a little at a time, and there does not seem to be a rush, just a desire to get things right.

I had eyeliner with Natasha today and I love it. She’s worked her magic and the results are amazing. Natasha also has a heart of gold and makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything she is doing. Highly recommend her and the salon.

Tracie is wonderful. I had soft lip fillers today and they look great! I was nervous following a not great experience with another practitioner at a different clinic a few years back. My lips look amazing. Very natural and I look so much younger. It didn’t hurt, just a couple of little scratches and Tracie talked me through everything and put me at ease. I can’t believe I was so nervous as I really didn’t need to be. Tracie really is the best in the business. I am looking forward to going back already.

I’ve had my eyebrows done twice here and they’re brilliant. Adds so much more definition to my face and so natural – no one has ever guessed they’re permanent make up. I go back yearly for top ups to keep the colour good.

I cannot recommend Hema enough, SUCH an asset to your team!! From start to finish she was amazing and took the time out to explain what was going on and always made sure I was alright. I don’t write reviews very often but I am just so pleased with my new brows that I simply had to share my experience. I was pretty nervous about having them done but I was made to feel at ease from the second I stepped through the door. Everyone was lovely, the atmosphere was calm and I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. Natasha was a superstar from start to finish. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the whole process to me in detail, patiently answering my silly questions and helping me to relax. She checked in with me at every stage, confirming I was happy with the shape and style (I wanted natural hairstrokes) and I am just so pleased with the end product! It didn’t even hurt as much as I thought it would. Natasha was professional and a real perfectionist and I have had so many amazing comments already. I could not recommend this clinic enough and I am already looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

I’ve been getting my brows done at Tracie Giles London for many years now. This time I had my brows re-touched by Carly. After a dreadful journey and arriving late to the appointment for which I was sincerely sorry, Carly was nothing but kind and considerate, I was so very grateful she went ahead with my treatment and she made a super job of my brows. Bronwyn is amazing and super experienced at what she does, I felt in such safe safe hands! I had Ombré Brows done. The team listen to what you are trying to achieve and allow you to leave feeling super confident. You’re greeted warmly by the team on reception, nothing is too much trouble.
My eyebrows look absolutely immaculate, beautiful and stunning; I can’t stop looking at them. I love the shape, It took quite a while for me to choose the style that I wanted and Tracie was so patient with me. The eyebrows have been done with the highest quality of work and look amazing. She is very experienced and equipped with high skills so I felt in safe hands. It was definitely the right decision to come to Tracie Giles London. I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone.
