aesPlla® uses PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) to stimulate the body’s collagen production, providing a gradual and natural-looking volumisation effect. Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, it offers softer and smoother results, harmonising with the skin’s natural collagen for a fresher appearance.

As we age, our collagen loss occurs at a rate of 1% per year after the age of 30, leading to facial volume loss. aesPlla® combats this depletion through the bio-stimulation of collagen regeneration for fast and effective rejuvenation.

Treatment results are gradual and are enhanced over time, as the bio-stimulatory filler harmonises with the skin’s natural collagen production to create a fresher and smoother appearance.

We advise all clients use Crème Rescue Serum for 2 weeks before treatment to give us the best possible canvas to work from. Crème Rescue Serum should also be used immediately after treatment to speed up healing and as part of your everyday skincare routine for ongoing skin maintenance.

Initially, treating facial volume loss using aesPlla® is a gradual process that requires 3 treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart, in order to achieve optimal volumisation.

We will provide a soothing ice pack if needed and a mini Crème Rescue facial after treatment.

Each and every skin is different and to provide you with the best possible results and a confidence-boosting ‘Glassy Glow-Up’ we may prescribe a combination treatment plan, combining aesPlla®, Profhilo and other skin boosting treatments with light skin peels, light laser treatments, PRX-T33, Microneedling and Mesotherapy. This is a totally bespoke skin package designed just for you, to tackle your skin insecurities and make you look and feel amazing.

With aesPlla® the downtime is minimal. As with any injectable treatments, a small amount of bruising may appear. However, this should subside within a few days with no long-term effects. Small, localised bumps may appear at the injection points. These will start to diffuse within 4-6 hours.

After aesPlla®, it is very important that you follow the 5-5-5 rule – massage your face 5 times a day, for 5 minutes at a time, for 5 days after your treatment.

With the aesPlla® treatment, you can enjoy extended rejuvenation effects. Unlike hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, aesPlla® provides gradual and enduring results. Initial results become apparent approximately four weeks after the procedure and can last for up to 3 years. aesPlla® naturally breaks down within the skin over time, serving as a semi-permanent solution.
